Wednesdays on the cliff

Children and Youth

When :Monday evenings, 10 sessions from August to December and 12 sessions from January to June

For who :first group children from 6 to 9 years old and 2nd group from 10 to 14 years old

Hours : 1st group 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in Arbaz and from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Vertic-Halle climbing gym in Saxon

2nd group 5.30 p.m. to 6.45 p.m. in Arbaz and from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Vertic-Halle climbing gym in Saxon

Dates: during the school term, first lesson on August 29, 2022

The place :At the cliff of Arbaz. In bad weather and from October at the climbing hall Vertic-Halle in Saxon

Prices :CHF 395.- for 10 lessons and CHF 420.- for 12 lessons

When :Wednesday afternoons on the cliff

For who : from 7 years old

Hours : 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For who :young people aged 14 to 17 who want to progress and become independent in climbing

Hours : 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in Arbaz. 5:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the Vertic-Halle climbing gym in Saxon

Dates: during the school period, first lesson on September 1, 2022

Adults

The groups are formed according to the level of the participants, between 4 and 6 people. Admission to the various rooms is extra. You have the possibility to rent equipment directly with us or from our partner Follomiin Zion. If you are interested in a climbing course or if you need more information, you can contact us with the form at the end of the page or by phone.

In beginner climbing lessons, safety and belaying will be the main points. You'll learnto tie you up, control your partner and assure him. Movement techniques will also be practiced with fun exercises.

In the 2nd level,the gesture will be the essential pointin the lessons. You will also practice lead climbing and relay manipulations.

Are you already in the lead? This 3rd level is made for you.Gestures, falls, rope manipulations and the big routewill be on the program.
