This year, I am accompanied by Sun n Moon who will accompany me to give Yoga classes.
The practice of Yoga can support and help you surpass yourself. Thanks to adapted courses, we will open our body, work on strengthening, muscular, concentration but also return to its center to find there all the necessary energy which can help you during more delicate passages.
