Rock Climbing school
Climbing is a game of balance and concentration that challenges your body and mind, an activity that clears your head and makes you light.
It is an outdoor sport that allows you to discover beautiful spaces and awaken your senses through the unique contact with the elements.
One meter after the other, you rise up, choose your own route, leaving everything on the ground that can plague your daily life; each person expresses his or her style at his or her own level.
INITIATION
Let's go for adventure!
We organize initiation courses indoors or outdoors, for young and old, from 1 to 4 people per teacher.
All you have to do is contact us.
PRIVATE SESSION
For beginners or experienced, whatever your level, age and expectations, private lessons are the opportunity for a privileged exchange.
You also have the possibility to form your own group of up to 6 people per instructor.

COACHING
Willing to progress, evolve in quotations, overcome fears or gain in technique: we will work together on saving energy, gaining strength, reading, tactics and gestures.
Your teacher will define a program adapted to your needs.
A coaching session or a year-round follow-up, we will do our best to reach your goal together!
TRAINING
You want to climb independently.
From the first belaying gestures to handling for long routes, our training courses will provide you with a solid foundation for progressing in complete safety.

A multi-pitch route over the crystal-clear water of the Bay of Cassis in France, the granite of Grimsel or that of Orny in Valais, or even pitches in the Verdon massif, we are listening to your dreams and we support you to achieve them.
